1. As early as a couple of days following conception, you may begin feeling nauseated and queasy.

4. Blame it to the raging hormones, most pregnant women start experiencing extreme mood swings and irritability during early pregnancy.

5. Another early symptom of pregnancy is a heightened sensitivity to aromas. Even a favorite aroma, such as the smell of a food or perfume, can make you gag.

10. Feeling tired is a hallmark of early pregnancy. High levels of the hormone progesterone can make you feel as if you've run a marathon when all you've done is put in a day at the office.
